We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Credit applications are handled through a secure form hosted by our lending technology partner, not through this website's contact forms.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, from your vehicle and its records, from lenders and leasing companies when you authorize a payoff or credit application, from vehicle history providers, and automatically from your device when you use our site.

- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, and by text only with your consent
- To comply with dealer, tax, title, anti-fraud and record-keeping laws

Who we disclose information to
We disclose personal information only to service providers and contractors that help us do business, and only as needed: lenders and leasing companies you choose to work with, the California DMV and other government agencies, transport carriers, inspection shops, website hosting and form providers, and professional advisers. They are bound by contract to use it only for the services they provide to us.

We verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent, who must show written permission from you.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. When we detect a GPC signal, our Do Not Sell or Share page confirms that it has been applied.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages perform. We do not use cookies to sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messages
If you consent to texts, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
