These Terms of Use govern your use of ayeexotics.com, operated by Eldumiate Motorcars LLC ("AYE Exotics," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Vehicle listings and pricing

We work to keep every listing accurate, including the VIN, mileage, equipment, condition notes and price. Advertised prices include all costs to the buyer except government fees and taxes, finance charges, and any dealer document processing or electronic filing charges. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. If we discover an error in a listing, we will correct it and tell you before any transaction is completed. We encourage independent pre-purchase inspections.

Offers to buy your vehicle

Online and phone valuations are estimates based on the information you provide. A written offer is firm for 7 days, subject to an inspection confirming that the vehicle matches your description, a clear title or verified lender payoff, and our standard purchase documents. No offer is binding until both parties sign a purchase agreement.

Consignment

Consignment terms published on this site summarize our standard agreement. A consignment is governed only by the signed written consignment agreement, including the form required by California law.

Financing

Finance examples and calculators are for illustration only and are not offers of credit. All loans are subject to credit approval by the lender, and terms depend on the vehicle and your credit profile. Credit applications are processed through a secure third-party provider.

Text messages and calls

If you give consent, we may contact you by call, text or prerecorded message at the number you provide, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Wire transfers

We will never change payment or wire instructions by email. Always confirm wire details by calling us at (949) 775-3705 before sending funds. AYE Exotics is not responsible for funds sent to an account we did not confirm with you by phone.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, design and our name and logo, belongs to AYE Exotics or its licensors. Manufacturer names and model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe vehicles. AYE Exotics is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any manufacturer.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, submit false information, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to use, or scrape content for commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYE Exotics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, including rights under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and the CARS Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
